The Knights of Safety™ Academy

Overview
This Fair Use Policy explains permitted usage levels for The Knights of Safety Ltd.™ (TKoS) Academy services and how TKoS manages excessive, abusive or commercially risky use. It applies to all Subscribers, Students, Users and Permitted Users.

1. Scope
This policy applies to access and use of TKoS systems, course content, APIs, storage, streaming, exports and support channels.

2. Resource limits and service stability
TKoS allocates platform resources to ensure reliable learning. Reasonable use includes normal course viewing, permitted downloads, participation in assessments and occasional exports. Excessive or automated use that degrades service for others is not permitted. Examples include sustained bulk downloading of course libraries, continuous high volume API calls, automated scraping or using platform storage for unrelated large file hosting.

3. Concurrent sessions and account sharing
Student accounts are for individual use unless the Subscriber licence expressly permits concurrent seats. Sharing login credentials to evade seat limits is prohibited and may lead to suspension.

4. Content licence and permitted reuse
Course content is licensed to Students and Subscribers for learning and authorised internal training only, unless a separate licence is obtained. Republishing, resale, bulk redistribution, embedding full course content in other products or platforms or public performance without written permission is prohibited.

5. Automated access and scraping
Automated scraping, bots, crawlers or programmatic harvesting of platform content or personal data is prohibited unless expressly authorised under a written integration agreement.

6. Support channel usage
Support is provided in line with each Subscriber plan. Repeated or abusive use of support channels, or requests that fall outside reasonable product support, may be limited or charged.

7. Enforcement and remediation
If use appears to breach this policy TKoS may throttle access, suspend or disable accounts, block offending IP addresses, require corrective action or request a paid upgrade for legitimate high volume needs. TKoS will notify the Subscriber and provide an opportunity to remedy where practical.

8. Requests for higher limits or commercial licences
If you need higher limits, bulk access, reseller rights or automated integration access contact [email protected] to request a formal agreement.

9. Changes
TKoS may update this Fair Use Policy with notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
